Practical Project Management for the Global Ethnic Majority People (PPM-4-GEM)
This project offers 30 workshop days (Face2Face), consisting of 10 days of bespoke Project Management training, 10 days of Microsoft Project workshops, and 10 practice days using Microsoft Project. The training covers:
- Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Problem-solving skills to address delays and cost management.
- Digital and project management challenges faced by the Global Ethnic Majority group.
Beneficiaries include GEM individuals, volunteers, 3rd sector staff, and local community. Approximately 200 participants will take part in a year. The workshops will be conducted at 5-7 Museum Place, Cardiff, and will include face-to-face and supervised sessions.
Activities:
- Practical Project Management Training: 10 one-day workshops for 80 participants, held at our office at 5-7 Museum Place, Cardiff. CF10 3BD.
- Bespoke Microsoft Project Workshops: 10 one-day workshops for 80 participants, held at our office.
- Free Practice Sessions: 10 sessions with Microsoft Project for 40 participants held at our office.
