Feedback on our exchanges and Internship
We actively encourage learners to speak their mind about our courses and their experience. We rely on feedback to develop our programmes and encourage greater engagement and participation on our programmes.
Instep Exchanges
Amandine D. French student – January 2013
“I thank you to welcome us with smiling and the good mood. I loved courses. Anything else, and thank you Mike and Dr Glen Paterson.”
Our learners come from a broad variety of backgrounds and are of varying levels of English. Some of our programmes focus on delivering training to individuals with little or no knowledge of English and other focus on more advanced learners hoping to refine their English.
Mickael R., French student – January 2013
“I liked this week, my host family and the atmosphere. At the beginning of the week, it was hard for me to get one’s bearing but now everything is ok. I really like this stay in Cardiff.”
The vast Majority of our learners go home having greatly developed their speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills and many also develop critical soft skills that were preventing them from performing to the best of their ability. Some of our programmes develop vocational skills that enable learners to return home and attain employment. Over 90% of our learners go home to further education or attend additional vocational training with the critical skills that we teach.
Vincent Dumon French Student September 2014
“This exchange gave me the motivation to move here. Thank you!”
In addition to teaching practical and vocational skills we encourage learners to develop themselves through this unique experience. Our exchange develops our learners as people who have a world of opportunity available to them. We encourage learners to participate in new activities, make new friends, and build life experience that will follow them into adulthood.
