ILM Level 2 Award for Young Leaders
As a young person you could be the next greatest leader of our generation, but no improvements are made without effort. This course has been specifically created to get young people who want to become leaders on the right track and to give them the skills needed to become future-managers.
But what makes a good manager or a good leader? A good leader does not need to be in a position of power to lead, they can improve the group/team they are working with from a lower position. This is the key to becoming a good leader, knowing that even if you are a lower position than someone it doesn’t mean that you cannot benefit the team.
In this course you will learn what it means to be a leader and the skills to get you started on a road to management. This course is accredited by ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) who are the largest awarding body of leadership skills in the UK. This course is a Level 2 course aimed at young people looking at getting their first glimpse of management skills and techniques.
